1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before shipping.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

2. Return & Exchange
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
To qualify for a return, you must record a full product opening video without any cuts or pauses.
Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery, along with the opening video as proof.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with tags intact.
3. Refund Process
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, a refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or wallet balance.
Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, discounted products, and customized clothing are not eligible for return or refund.
